The Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Validation of Alternative Methods (ICCVAM) is an interagency committee composed of representatives from 17 federal regulatory and research agencies that require, use, generate, or disseminate toxicological testing information used to determine the safety or potential adverse health effects of chemicals and products to which workers and consumers may be exposed. JaCVAM
The Japanese Center for the Validation of Alternative Methods (JaCVAM) promotes reduction, refinement, and replacement of animal testing for the evaluation of chemical substance safety in Japan and establishes guidelines for alternative experimental methods through international collaboration.

KoCVAM
The Korean Center for the Validation of Alternative Methods (KoCVAM) seeks to review, validate, and institutionalise alternatives to animal testing through cooperation between domestic and foreign organizations, and it promotes alternative test methods developed by Korean organizations globally.

BraCVAM
The Brazilian Centre for the Validation of Alternative Methods (BraCVAM) develops, identifies, and validates alternative methods to replace animal testing and is responsible for reviewing proposals from universities, research institutions, and industries that have developed new methods to be considered for adoption in Brazil.
